Really good staff and a beautiful stay

I was not having a great time in Tanzania, but my stay turned around thanks to the amazing manager Jackie and the caring front desk team. The hotel was super clean, with the best bathrooms I've seen in Tanzania and fantastic hot showers with great water pressure. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere by the pool. One thing to improve would be to offer more dining options as the restaurant only serves breakfast.

While the hotel was clean, I was disappointed with the lack of a restaurant for lunch or dinner, limiting our dining options significantly. The decor in the room was bizarre, combining mismatched furniture, feel less cute. The bathroom was cramped, and I felt the shower could use better water pressure.

I really enjoyed my time at Pauraque Soho. The room felt cozy and warm, with a comfortable bed and a nice seating area. The cleanliness was excellent, and I appreciated the electric kettle in the room-perfect for a quick tea in the mornings. Breakfast stood out, with a generous spread that fueled me for the day. Staff were professional, and their attention to detail. I did notice that the gym could use more equipment to better accommodate guests looking to work out. And a restaurant that serves just breakfast limited my dining options on-site. The stay was pleasant, but those areas could use some enhancements.
